Kangoo Power is a high-intensity interval training program designed to work the entire body, building muscle strength and endurance, and can be adapted to all fitness levels. It is an excellent aerobic program that absorbs 80% of the impact on the vertical axis. This means that it is a fully functional exercise and does not burden the joints. Besides the excellent results it has on our body, the main advantage is the feeling of well-being and joy that is created during exercise! During bouncing, “happiness” hormones such as endorphins and serotonin are released. Therefore, this class couldn’t be missing from a place synonymous with joy!


At JoyFit, all the classes provided to the participants have a functional structure,so that we can ensure the prevention of any injuries. To emphasize aerobic exercise and cardiorespiratory function, we have introduced Kangoo Power classes.


The classes are conducted by officially certified Kangoo Jumps instructors using the authentic equipment.
