Training

Functional training is essentially exercise inspired by physical therapy, in its most dynamic form. The body works to achieve stabilization, maximum range of motion, balance, limb symmetry and improvement of the cardiovascular system. The important aspect of functional training is that each person gains different benefits according to their individual needs through this multifaceted approach.

At the JoyFit functional training studio, we combine cardio training and strength training in HIIT (high-intensity) programs for the best possible results. We pay attention to the technique and guide each participant according to their own capabilities.
