A holistic approach to fitness

JoyFit is a fitness space offering small group classes, including Pilates with equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboards, Barrel), as well as functional training sessions, which alternate between cardio (treadmill, bike, rowing machine, jumping rope) and strength training using TRX, BOSU, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, etc. Our goal is to always conduct training on a functional basis, avoiding injuries and achieving the best possible results, always under the supervision of our qualified staff!

All JoyFit staff are trained and hold international CPR certification (first aid), as recommended by the international code of ethics for gyms and fitness centers. The safety of our clients and the correct technique in the execution of the exercises are our priorities!
